Shipping policy

Our orders are all shipped within 1-2 business days of payment received.

Standard shipping (domestic): 3-6 business days

Express shipping (domestic): 1-5 business days

International shipping: 5-10 business days

 

We offer no shipping time guarantees due to the nature of current supply chain speeds related to but not limited to: COVID, Supply Shortages and International Conflicts.

'Domestic' refers to any orders placed to an Australian shipping address.

 

In the event that a customers package is not delivered by Auspost, Planet Go Round will provide a full refund of the order to the customer. This is at the discretion of current Planet Go Round in the event of a change of shipping conditions at Auspost. Customers will not be refunded for orders that arrive "late" if the customer did not allow enough time for the order to be handled and shipped from the date of order confirmation.

 

If a package has been marked as 'delivered' by the shipping company, Planet Go Round may provide a refund at their discretion. If an order is marked as delivered and a customer claims it hasn't been delivered, the customer will be unlikely to receive a refund.

 

Planet Go Round is not responsible if a package becomes wet or damaged in the shipping process, however discretion will be used regarding refunds and returns.
